Gerina-Piller

Born on March 29th, 1985 in Roswell New Mexican. Gerina Michel Mendoza is her birthname. Gerina Stevenson is the daughter of Mexican parents Rita Stevenson (mother) and Alan Stevenson (father). Stevenson is Mexican as well as American. At a very young age the desire for her to be active in sports was strong. Gerina began to play golf when she was 15. Gerina was a graduate of Goddard High School. She was the winner of New Mexico's state golf championship. She was also an athlete in volleyball who played at the national level. She went to the University of Texas in 2003. In her final year, she took home every single tournament she entered. During undergraduate studies, she earned the titles that included Conference USA Female Athlete and Conference USA Individual Player of the year.
