Noureen DeWulf was born February 28, 1984, is a native of New York City. The desire to be an actor has never stopped. As a student at Boston University School of the Arts, she began building the foundations to pursue her dream profession. Noureen started to apply for roles in various films. She gained a leading role in 2005's West Bank Story. West Bank Story premiered in 2005 at the Sundance Film Festival, but was also featured in other festivals throughout the world. Furthermore it won an Oscar for Best Live Action Short Film during the 2007 79th Academy Awards, and set the way to Noureen DeWulf's subsequent successes. Her first role was as a child actor in the 1990s starring in a variety of films, including All I Want for Christmas (1991) Patriot Games (1992) Hocus Pocus (1993) Now and Then (1995) as well as Alaska (1996). Following receiving worldwide recognition and praise in 1999, for her role in the film American Beauty, she rose to fame. In 2001, she was on the screen in Ghost World (2001), a film that was well-received and earned her the Golden Globe nod.
